We Inspect All Items Before Shipping

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days after the delivery date.  Connect Me Tight™ guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.  If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it within 15 days.

• You must email Customer Service at support@connectmetight.com for a return authorization.
• Upon receiving your item, you must inspect for defects.  Notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if defective materials are detected and

  DO NOT USE Connect Me Tight™ waist belt.  We will pay for the shipping cost.  We inspect all items ordered before shipping.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.  Customer will pay all return shipping expenses.
• Items must be returned in "sold as new" condition.  Items that are not in "sold as new" condition will not receive credit.
• When items are received and determined to be in "sold as new" condition, you will receive credit.
• All unauthorized returns will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
• If you receive items as a result of the shipper error, we will pay for the return shipping expense.

• Please allow maximum of 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.
• We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
• Connect Me Tight LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
